Appointment requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is reserved only after Freedom Beauty confirms the service, provider, date, time, duration, and price. Listed prices and durations may require consultation where the service menu says so.

Changes and cancellations

Cancellation, lateness, no-show, redo, deposit, and refund rules are pending owner approval. The confirmed policy supplied with an appointment controls that booking.

Appointment text messages

When you select the optional transactional-text consent box, you agree to receive automated appointment-related text messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include request receipts, proposed times and prices, confirmations, schedule changes, cancellation updates, and reminders.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information by text. See our Privacy Policy for how contact information and consent are handled.
